MUSIC at GRACE
Grace Church invites you to come and join or enjoy our many musical groups.
Grace Bells have been ringing for more than 20 years. If you are interested in joining, please contact the church offices, 733-4712. Members typically join in the fall. Practice is from 8-9 pm on Wednesday nights. Grace Bells play on the Second Sunday of each month, during the school year.
The Chancel Choir practices on Wednesday night at 7pm. Anyone who is willing to give their time and energy to the group is welcome to join. The Chancel choir sings a variety of musical genres, ranging from old time church music to classical to contemporary. The choir sings 2-3 Sunday's a month during the school year. To join, just come on down to practice at 7pm in the sanctuary!
The Youth Praise Band practices on Sunday mornings. It consists of young people in grade school and beyond. They perform once or twice a quarter, during the school year. Please contact the church office for more information.
The Y'all Come Praise Band practices in the sanctuary on Wednesday evenings at 6pm. This musical ensemble is very new, and welcomes new members. We have not yet played in worship, but we are working on a few numbers! To join, just come to practice!
The Children's Choir meets during Sunday School time during the school year, and also during Vacation Bible School in the summer. They share their musical talents a few times during the school year.
